I love being a certified home inspector. I enjoy educating my clients about how their homes work and how to maintain them.

I have built and remodeled many homes. My construction and excavation experience gives me useful insight into inspections.

I also have experience owning, managing, and maintaining several residential and commercial rental properties which gives me a unique understanding of building and safety requirements.

An inspection is not a pass or fail examination but an opportunity to learn more about how the property functions as a group of interdependent systems.  From my experience I have learned that there is almost nothing that can’t be fixed.
